It is very easy to feel unsure what to do and/or scared when our loved ones are ill; especially very small children. However, each of us has experienced time after time how remarkable our bodies can heal and adjust daily. It is thought that common illnesses are not bad, they are a way for the body to remove toxins, bacteria, and viruses so that the body can grow and get back in balance.
